I was trying to play Aion last weekend and couldn’t get a FREE beta key code. Oh well, there is a way you can get a beta key code by pre-order at your local game store or online store. Right now, GameStop and EBGames are taking Aion pre-orders, it comes with bonuses:

Here’s a snapshot of my devices setup with the use of Virtual Audio Cable software to produce sound on both of my USB wireless headset and normal speakers at the same time. OS is Windows 7 x64 RC as you can see watermark at the bottom right corner.

Today, my new flashlight NiteCore EZ AA just arrived to my door. I couldn’t wait to “show off” a little bit my flashlight collection. They are:

• Fenix LD01
• NiteCore EZ AA
• Fenix P3D
• Fenix TK11 R2

In this collection, I think I like the P3D is the brightest torch and the most EDC torch is LD01. I think I’m a flashaholic at the moment but it can’t stop me yet.

The new iPhone OS 3.0 was leaked out on torrent sites and I was able to download it. It’s called “iPhone1,2_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw” release. Note to 7A341 is the one you want. I couldn’t wait for another few days until the official released version. Oh well, what the heck, I wanna try out this new OS anyway.

I used iTunes 8.2 to do the update and it was successful installed on my iPhone 3G. This new OS features I’ve noticed includes:

• Voice Memos (able to record your voice)
• MMS (send photos, movie clips, … by messaging)
• Search iPhone (spotlight search)
• Cut, copy and paste
• Appz Store Redeem (enter code to redeem your iTunes Gift Card)
• Store setting (view your Account or Sign out)
• and more …

Apple just announced the new iPhone 3G “S“ will be released on June 19. It’s going to be crazy again with all the iPhone fans! For me, I guess I have to wait for Rogers Wireless (Canada) to get my hands on it. So, this new iPhone 3GS will have these new features compared to iPhone 3G:

• Built-in Video Camera (3 megapixel, autofocus, auto white balance)
• Video Recording (30fps VGA)
• Voice Control

And yet, the new iPhone OS 3.0 will be released two days earlier on June 17. I can’t wait to see what’s is this new OS about, and I can’t wait to see the new jailbrake going to happen or not.

Parachute cord (paracord) is one of my favorite cord to play with when I was little kid, although at that time I only could tie a round sinnet. I got into Stormdrane’s Blogs and I was impressed with his tying. So I went out and bought about 150 feet 550 type 3 paracord yesterday at Beavers Army Surplus local store. I couldn’t wait to learn some of these new knots and braids, I learned diamond knot and a solomon bar as my entry level.

I’m used to be a the long term Lineage 2 player back then, NCsoft has announced a new MMORPG game is Aion. It’s in closed beta stage and I’ve missed MMORPG.com 5000 beta key giveaway event. Damn it… If you got a spare key and not using it, please send to me. Oh well, you can preorder it on June 9 at your game store. As usual, it’s gonna be $14.99/month subscription to play though. NCsoft games always paid games to play, but they make very good games I suppose.

Everyone is saying the Scout Assassin is like fun and strong to play with, let’s see who is right about it. I’d like the Mage race, not sure I’ll able to play it yet.

My brother “lavith” just finished one of his weather gadget for Windows Vista and Windows 7. It’s definitely better than the default weather gadgets that came with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

With a single rare-earth (neodymium) circular magnet, I could make the flashlight stick to any metal surface. I’m positive the magnet will NOT damage your flashlight. Items used:

• 1/4″ diameter x 1/10″ thick circular magnet (fit perfectly inside the LD01 tail)
• Super glue (be careful once you glue, it sticks forever)
• Fenix LD01 flashlight

As you know, living in North America, everyday you go outside, at least you would have something to carry on in your pockets or bag or in your purse for the ladies to survive in this lifestyle. Well, what else is important? Cash it is… Nothing else to say.

I like the idea of EDC key chain, it’s compact and easy to carry around. So, what do I have in my EDC key chain?

Wondering how to organize all your battery charger in one nice place like a box or a carton? There are plenty of ways how to make yourself one with little cost. Here is one of my DIY charger box. Here is what I use:

• clear Really Useful Boxes (4 liters)
• TENERGY charger (for my Li-ion RCR123A batteries)
• UltraFire WF-139 charger (for my Protected Li-ion AW 18650 batteries)
• Panasonic BQ-396 charger (for my Ni-MH / Ni-Cd AA and AAA batteries)
• UltraFire Battery Protective case (case for my RCR123A and AW 18650 batteries)
• Globe 8 Outlets Power Bar (hidden inside the box)

Basically, I hid an outlet power bar inside the box and drilled all the necessary holes for the wires going through. I’ve found some good videos out there with instructions how to do it yourself.

I’ve been with Rogers internet since like “forever”. Yesterday, I got a notice from them that they will increase my download speed up to 10Mbps. My previous speed was around 800Kbps, with this new speed I could download a DVD movie in less than 2 hours from a newsgroup which is awesome time. Couldn’t be any happier huh?
